A portal for Rewards members was needed to provide control over account and shopping preferences. Through this platform, members received personalized product recommendations, offers, and account balance details.

Mapping It Out
It was important to set a preliminary map for the user's journey and scope of the system.
We built a half-dozen prototypes in lo-fidelity form to test with customers on limited pages. Each time we learned something new and revised as needed.
Detailing the Architecture
We swiftly documented the findings from our tests so development could begin and an alpha release could shortly follow.
